Once everyone has been picked up, we will take a dirt road to one of Fuerteventura’s most spectacular and impressive landscapes: Cofete. We will stop at the pass to admire the majestic views. After taking the obligatory photos, we will head to the starting point of our hike. Surrounded by cardon cacti and stunning scenery, we will follow a path through a ravine full of volcanic formations and different colours down to the wild coast of Cofete. Once we reach the beach, we will remove our shoes and walk south until we reach an impressive stone monolith known as El Roque del Moro. After a break, we will retrace our steps to the vehicle and drive to the village of Cofete, where we will stop briefly for refreshments. From there, we will visit the old cemetery of Cofete and take in the views before returning home.
