This excursion takes us to the northern edge of the island, to the port of Corralejo, from where we will take a small boat to the wild Isla de Lobos, named Natural Park entiereity in 1994. Once we arrive at its pier, we will begin our route around the island, heading northwest; after 300 m we will find a recently discovered Roman archaeological site (at the moment is closed), we will continue our walk to climb to the highest point of the island, La Caldera (124 m), after riching the summit we will head northeast to the Martiño Lighthouse built in 1865 and place of birth of the poet Josefina Pla . Once we have contemplated this beautiful lighthouse and its splendid views of the neighboring island of Lanzarote, we will start the march heading south, to the Puertito where we will have the opportunity to have  lunch in the only restaurant of the Island (subject to opening), enjoy our sandwich and take a swim(at your own risk) in the beach of  La Calera(La Concha) or in El Puertito. After regaining strength and a refreshing swim we will head back to the pier located about 300m from the Restaurant to get on the boat that will take us back to the Port of Corralejo. Once we arrive at Pto. de Corralejo we will head to the Dunes for a Photostop, afterwards we will return home after having enjoyed one of the wonders that the Canary archipelago has to offer.
